The 2025 collection
Turner and Spink, two Lucy’s from Cornwall ( although one moved away ) started their collaboration in 2014. The idea of combining Lucy S’ fine silversmithing with Lucy T’s brightly coloured and bold formica designs was born.
They both worked remotely , Turner making her Formica components in somerset , and Spink creating the silver parts from her studio in Cornwall. The collection reached a large audience across Cornwall over the years selling in various galleries and shows. The past couple of years T and S settled on a Hiatus due to life circumstances. However, after a recent conversation, they have decided to rejoin forces ( like oasis, pulp and blur ) with a fresh set of ideas and to launch their new collection this summer- Turner and Spink 2025.
This collection was a bit of amusement amongst the doom and gloom that is constantly around us. We had a lot of fun with this idea. We have plenty more two word phrases to come too!
Hand made, each piece of formica is laser cut and inlaid.
